Five Years Wedding Anniversary

It is our Five Years Wedding Anniversary and celebrated it with our kids, some food, cake and friends. We expected going on a cruise but we just cannot afford it this year, but what matter most is that we spent more years forever happy and let trials keep us strong.

Been busy as my husband's nephews and cousin also stayed here for a couple of days, we went bowling and lazer tag that was so much fun, I was like a little kid enjoying myself.

Risa's 18th Birthday Party ♥

It was my husband's cousin debutante Risa Dee on 16th of June 2009

at Kado Japanese Restaurant.

The Debut is a cultural tradition of the Filipino people. It is a coming-of-age celebration for Philippine women that is somewhat reminiscent of the Spanish tradition of the "Quinceanera" celebration. The difference between the Spanish Quinceanera and the Philippine Debut is the age at which the celebration takes place. The Philippine debut celebrates a woman entering into her 18th year, while the Spanish Quineanera takes place on a young lady's 15th birthday.
On their 18th birthday, Philippine women throw a large party,celebrant similar to that of a wedding party, while the celebrant typically wears an extravagant ball gown. There is also an "18 Roses Dance" where 18 males picked by the celebrant beforehand dance with her after presenting her with a single red rose. This dance is almost always preceded with the memorable "Father and Daughter Dance".
During the celebration, the debutante also has 18 chosen "candles". These "candles" are females who know the celebrant and must give a short speech on either their relationship with the celebrant and/or any special birthday wishes they have for their celebrant. After all the food, entertainment, and Philippine Debut traditions for this wonderful occasion has gone under way, the celebrant brings the celebration to a close with a Debutante's speech in which she shares her life experience and gratitude with her beloved guests.

Why do people want to be haters?

I did some research and found some really interesting answers from good people:

Haters will always have something negative to say. A hater is a person who constantly talks down about you to your face or behind your back, someone who always have something negative to say when you are doing good or on the come up, or being something like jealous. Once a hater is always a hater. More than likely a hater is going to die a hater. LOL! All I can say is get used to Trick. Like T.I. said, "You can hate me if you want to ,but you just wasting your time. That is kind of my motto. Haters get mad when you call them haters and point them out. Haters can motivate you if you let them. It is mostly best to just laugh at a hater. Most of the time a hater is just envious and your biggest fan. Haters always have trouble accepting someone's success, haters hate what they can't imitate;etc. Haters fall back! People choose to be haters for various reasons, but it all boils down to a lack of self love. If you really love yourself you wouldn't have any room for negative behavior and you would be able to love others as you love yourself since you know what it feels like.
